Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or accept a return.

Returns 

We don't offer returns / exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week! Please make sure you are ordering the correct item and read the measurements in products that apply.

Refunds

We may offer you a refund for the following reasons:

You received the wrong product
The product you received arrived broken
The product you received arrived broken

To complete the refund, please send us an email at peachypinsshop@gmail.com.

In the email please include the following two things:

The order ID, found in the email we sent you after you place your order
Photos of the broken / wrong product

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be receive your refund to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds
If 7 days after refund approval you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at peachypinsshop@gmail.com

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Once the item has been shipped out, the order cannot be canceled. To cancel your order please send us an email at peachypinsshop@gmail.com. Make sure to include the order ID in the email.
